- We won a Presidential Award and a grant to develop the Bariga Community. Through the setting up of a Special Purpose Vehicle called Bariga Heritage Homes, we are currently redeveloping the Community by working with the Lagos State Government to stimulate a $1.5Bn urban renewal project for the community.
- We are Technical Advisors (Local) on the $1Bn Lagos Cable Car Project, which is a transport infrastructure project aimed at decongesting high traffic activity areas of Lagos State, such that commuters can get to Marina, Lagos Island from Apapa within just 4 minutes.
- We are Project Development Strategists on the Ogba Oluwole Shopping Plaza, which is about the transformation of an existing market into an ultra-modern shopping facility in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.
- We have a farmland in Ogigi, Kwara State, where
we cultivate cassava and cashew.
- To demonstrate our ability to support start-ups,
we have established a dry cleaning company called Washcraft Cleaning Services
Limited, which we have brought to profitable level within 2 years.
- Our proprietary projects also include
redevelopment of old real estate properties in various low-income areas of
Lagos State. Our portfolio of assets in this area continues to swell with time.
